Full, one year unconditional “whole unit” parts and labor warranty is standard on all units we service. A bold statement, yes, because our quality of work IS THAT GOOD. Normal wearing parts such as lamps, styli, motor bearings, original belts, rubber items, etc. will be addressed on a case by case basis determined by failure mode. Warranty is null and void if there is ANY evidence of abuse, tampering, alterations, modifications, or service provided by any outside party or facility. This means, simply; do NOT fiddle with the unit’s internals. There is no reason to. If you encounter any issues, contact us and there will be no excuses, no delays and no-nonsense getting you taken care of. We stand behind our work. Warranty begins at time of pick-up/delivery.
